<br />Resolution No. 06-010 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the appeal, Case PAP-85, thereby approving Case PDUP-8, the <br />application of Vilas and Megha Thuse for a conditional use permit to <br />expand an existing small family daycare home into a large family daycare <br />home for up to II children at 5276 Genovesio Drive, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
