The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 202.4i_ <br />62. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible front <br />all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night tithe hours. <br />63. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection- <br />64. Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire <br />protection facilities, including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, and a. water <br />supply and water slow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to <br />suppress a major fire- When alternate methods of Fire protection are approved by the Fire <br />Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire <br />protection shall be submitted in writing to the Fire Chief prior to any framing <br />construction- Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not begin until <br />approved by the Piro CI-lief. <br />65. All driveways, aisles, and alleys designated as fire lanes by the: Fire Chief shall be <br />maintained in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Uniform Firc Code which permits <br />towing vehicles illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lade curbs shall be painted. red <br />with "No Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" or "No Parking, Fire Lanc, 'l'ow Away <br />Zone" signs shall be installed as required by the Vehicle Code_ <br />66. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and operating, <br />fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating- ~I1ic fire extinguishers shall be <br />located within a seventy-fiive foot <75' O"~ radius of each othcr_ <br />67. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of 1 .5 <br />cubic yards located within five feet (5' O"~ of unprotected building openings, combustible <br />walls, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler <br />syst~m~ <br />ENGINEERING <br />68. "I'hc building permit plans shall accurately show all existing public improvements near <br />the suhject development (i.e., signals, street lights, street signs, utility vaults a.iid boxes, <br />etc.) and shall clearly indicate any proposed trtodil3cations to the existing public <br />improvements- Proposed modifications to the public improvements shall be su}~ject to <br />review and approval by the C=ity Engineer and Planning Director prior to issuance of a <br />building pern~it_ <br />10 <br />
