Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer and Zone 7, as applicablq that the system is adequate, connects to an <br />approved point of discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements of the Alameda <br />County Flood CJontrol District -Zone 7, meats any and all applicable requirements of the <br />Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Yrograa~>, the California Department of <br />Fish and Game, and meets the i>nn~ediate and long-range requirements of this <br />dcvclopnient and all upstream areas intended to be drained through this development. <br />75_ All utilities required to scree the proposed development shall be installed underground, <br />unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer_ <br />76.
