b. There is no limitation on the construction hours, Monday through Sunday, for <br />interior construction/improvement activities taking place totally within an <br />enclosed structure. Contractors operating past 9:00 p.nZ. shall use Foothill Road <br />and/or Stoneridge Drive to Canyon Way, Deodar Drive, or Laurel Cheek Way, to <br />Stoneridge Mall Road to reach the construction sites. <br />All construction eq ui ptrtent must meet Departn~tent of Motor Vehicles <DMV~ noise <br />standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices- <br />1 1 . All trees used in landscaping shall be a minimum 24-inch box size and 15-gallon size <br />trees as shown on the preliminary landscape plan. The proj act developer shall <br />concentrate the 24-inch box size trees by the northeast corner of the parking deck, <br />driveway areas, etc., as determined by the Plam~ing Director. These details shall be <br />shown on the building permit plan set for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />before issuance of a building, permit. All shrubs shall be a minimum of five-gallons <br />unless otherwise shown on the preliminary landscape plan covered by this approval. <br />7 2. The project developer shall use alphanumeric indicators for the dock levels and parking <br />rows on each deck level for idcntifieation_ "Phis change shall be shown on the building <br />permit plan set for review and approval by the Planning Director and the City Engineer <br />before issuance of a building permit. <br />13. The project developer shall install electrical conduit and "pull strings" in the parking <br />deck to facilitate the future installation of "indicators-of-a-full-garage" devices at the <br />parking deck's entrances that will automatically indicate a full parking deck- This detail <br />shall be shown on the building permit plan set for the parking deck submitted to the <br />Planning Director for review and approval before issuance of the first building penYtit <br />14.
