Only natural gas burning fireplaces or USEPA-approved wood/pellet burning stoves shall <br />be perxriittad in Lha proposed houses~ <br />42_ The applicant acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the <br />availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval of this <br />case and that the applicant agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval rn ay <br />be withheld if sewer capacity is tow-id by the City not to be av ailable_ <br />43. This approval does not guarantee the availability of sutfcient water to serve the proj act. <br />The City shall withhold building permits for the proj act if at the time building permits are <br />applied for, mandatory water rationing is in effect, unless the City has adopted a water <br />offset program and unless the applicant is participating in the program. Notwithstanding <br />Lhe applicant's participation in such a program, the City t-nay withhold building permits if <br />the City determines that suIIicient water is not available at the tithe of application of <br />building permits- <br />44. The applicant shall submit plot plans for each of the residenti a] lots showing building <br />setbacks and a topographic plan showing grading and drainage. Pad elevations, finish <br />floor elevations, retai ning walls, easements, maximum height of the highest structure, and <br />the front, rear, and side yards arc to be indicated on the plan. Plans for all lots are to be <br />signed by a regi stored civil angixiaer_ All residenti a] plot plans shall show con~pliaace <br />with Sections 2907<d~ and 7001 2~d~ of the Uniform Building Code. <br />7 <br />
