Weather protection devices such as tncasures to protect pipes from. <br />freezing shall require approval by the Planning Director prior to use, at no tin-xc shall <br />f tbric or other material not designed and/or intended }<~r this purpose be wrapped around <br />or otherwise placed on these devices. All back flow prevention devices shall be shown on <br />the plans submitted R>r issuance of building permits together with screen u~g mechanism <br />and/or weather protection devices_ Proposed screening and weather protection devices <br />shall be reviewed for conformity to these requirements and approved by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of a building. permit. <br />37- I-r-inal inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy- <br />38. The applicant shall receive a demolition permit from the Building and Sai~ty Division <br />prior to the demolition of the existing residences on site_ <br />39- Prior to the issuance of demolition atzd building pcrn~its. the applicant shall submit a <br />waste n~attagexnent plan io the Building and Safety Division- The plan shall include the <br />estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the applicant <br />intends to recycle at least 50 percent of the total job site construction a.xid demolition <br />waste measured by weight or volume- Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief <br />Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building perniii- During demolition and <br />construction, the applicant shall marls all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all <br />recycling bitts `Yecycling xi-xaterials only" The applicant shall cotttact Pleasanton <br />Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste fx-o n-a the site. <br />G <br />
