Some examples of allemate <br />methods of compliance appear below. As housing market conditions change, Ihe cily may <br />need to allow alternatives 10 provide options to applicants to further Ihe inlent of <br />providing affordable housing with new development projecls. <br /> <br />A. Off-Site Projects: Inclusionary units required pursuanllo Ihis chapter may be <br />permitled to be constructed al a localion wilhin Ihe cily olher Ihan Ihe projecI site. <br />Any off-site inclusionary unils must meellhe following crileria: <br />I.
