Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash recycling company. 7 2. The public art piece on this site shall be subject to review a.~zd approval by the C7ity's Civic Arts Cotrttrtission prior to installation. 1 3. If additional hours of operation or acti viCies beyond that proposed in the "1'roj ect Narrative," dated "Received" August 2, 2005, on i31e with the Plamiing Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who may approve the tr~odii3cation or refer the niattcr to the Ylamiing Commission ii'_judged to be substantial. 1. 4.
