1 7. No permanent outdoor storage of customer's goods is allowed_ Customer's goods nZay <br />tcniporarily be placed outside of the sio rage buildings during the loading and unloading <br />of vehicles, but in no case shall items be left outside of the buildings on a long-term basis <br />or aRer business hours. <br />18_ The storage facility shall not be used for outdoor storage of motor vehicles, recreational <br />vehicles, trailers., or boats_ <br />7 9. "The garage parking space in the ~rtanager's office/residence shall be maintained for <br />parking of an automobile at all timers and shall not be used for storage in a manner that <br />would interfere with the ability to park a car within the garage_ <br />20. The resident managers shall not park more thaiz two personal vehicles on the sitc_ Ff the <br />resident managers have two cars, then they shall park one vehicle in. the garage and one <br />vehicle in one of the three parking spaces at the rear of the site. The part-time employee <br />shall park its vehicle in one of the three parking spaces at the rear of the self=storage site. <br />The four parking spaces in front (.east of the Lrtanager's office/residence shall only be <br />used for customer parking_ "I'he applicant shall park the facility's van in one of the three <br />parking spaces at the rear of the site_ <br />21 _ "I'hc applicant shall maintain the site in a clean and orderly manner at all tinies_ <br />22_ At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-gcttitig devices be utilized <br />on the site except as allowed by Section 18.96.O60K of the Zoning Ordinance for grand <br />openings. At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 p.n~. in conjunction with a <br />grand opening. <br />23 _ Parking lot sweeping, leaf blowing, and similar outdoor maintenance activities shall be <br />lirnitcd to 8:00 a.in. to 7:00 p_m_, Monday through Frid ay_ <br />24. "The height of the structures) shall be surveyed and verif ed as being in conformance to <br />the approved building height as shown on Exhibit "A" or as otherwise conditioned. Said <br />verification is the project developer's responsibility, shall be perform cd by a licensed land <br />surveyor or civil engineer, and shall be completed and provided to the Planning <br />Department before the £rst framing or structural inspection by the Building Department. <br />25. The applicat~t shall submit a pad elevation certi t-ication prepared by a licensed land <br />surveyor or registered civil engineer to the Chief Building Official and Planning Director, <br />certifying that the pad elevations and building locations (setbacks) are pursuai~t to the <br />approved plans, prior to receiving a foundation inspection for the structures_ <br />26. The subject buildings shall not be converted to another use, including a permitted use, <br />without prior approval by the City Trai33c Enginecr_ If the City Engineer determines that <br />a traffic study is required, it shall be paid for by the property owner and/or project <br />proponent proposing to change the use of the buildings.
