A bi-d ircetional electrical mater shall be installed_ <br />These n~xeasures shall be shown on the building permit plan set subrrtittcd to the Plam~ing <br />Director for review and approval before issuance of the first building permit. Tlie project <br />devclopc;r shall provide to the future hon-xebuyers the necessary information delineating <br />the means by which photovoltaic panels can be applied to the roofs of the structures <br />covered by this approval This information shall he submitted to the Director of Planning <br />for review and approval prior to occupancy of the first unit_ <br />8_ The project developer shall submit a waste management plax~ to the Building Department <br />prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan shall include the estimated <br />composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer <br />intends to recycle at least 50-percent of the total _job site construction and detolition <br />waste measured by weight or voluxrxe. Proof of corrrpliance shall be provided to the Chief <br />Building Official prior to the issuance of a f3na1 building permit. During demolition and <br />construction, the prof cet developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash niateri als <br />only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only"_ 7'he project developer shall <br />contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br />9. A list of all green building measures used in the design of the home(s~ shall be provided <br />for the review and approval of the Plaxzrxing Director with the application for design <br />review approval for the home(s~_ Each home shall be designed to include a xnininnim of <br />50 points using the ACWMA's Green Points rating system with a rrxininiun~ of-ten points <br />in each category Resources, Energy, and IAQ/Health~_ <br />1 Q The height of the structure covered by this approval shall be surveyed and verified as <br />being in conformance to the approved building height as shown on Exhibit "A" or as <br />otherwise conditioned_ Said veriFcation is the project developer's respoxzsi bility, shall be <br />performed by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer, and shall be completed and <br />provided to the Planning Department before the first framing or structural inspection by <br />the Building Department_ <br />1 1 . Beginning at a point opposite the easternmost corner of the house covered by this <br />approval, the project developer shall curve the alignrn ent of the retaining/sound walls on <br />this site facing Vineyard Avenue to match the locations of the retaining wall/sound wall <br />shown ort the grading/improvement plans for "f'ract 7240. This change shall he shown on <br />the building permit plan set to the satisfaction of the Planning Director and the City <br />Engrocer prior to issuance of building permits_ <br />2 <br />
