Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566 Dear Mr. Knowles: All Traffic Data, a Roseville-based traffic data collection service, is pleased to submit our proposal for providing traffic data collection services to the City of Pleasant on. All Traffic Data has professionally conducted the specific data collection services identified in the description of work. Bill Nichols and Dan McGrath will jointly be serving as the lead person in completing the data collection. We have participated in hundreds of traffic surveys in California over a six-year period. We currently employee 2 full-time field supervisors, 2 full time hose crews and 24 part- time data collection technicians. These seasoned data collectors would be used to complete the turning movement counts. Studies are conducted in accordance with relevant data collection guidelines, including those published by the Federal Highway Administration and the Manual of Traffic Engineering Studies prepared by the Institute of Transportation Engineers. All Traffic Data has received certification as an Emerging and Small Business Enterprise from the City of Sacramento and the State of California. We would be able to complete all the intersections in Group 2. The cost for an AM, MID, and PM counts would be $380 for a one person and $520 for a two person count, all will include pedestrian counts. We will only use electronic turning movement boards. Our data collection would be delivered in both a hard copy format and in either an Ascii file format or in a Petralt file.
