<br />" <br /> <br />All Traffic Data, Inc. owned by Bill Nichols and Dan McGrath, Bill Nichols and <br />Dan McGrath have been working in the traffic data collection field for the past <br />eight years. We employ 5 full-time and 28 part-time data collection technicians. <br />We have conducted all types of data collection efforts. Our duties include <br />scheduling and planning all data collection, supervising all employees, and training <br />new employees in all phases of data collection. Both Bill and Dan have experience <br />in conducting hundreds of traffic surveys for both the public and private sector, Bill <br />and Dan bring the unique ability to understand both sides of data collection, field <br />operations and administrative expertise. <br /> <br />All Traffic Data has provided a variety of services, which include: turning <br />movement counts, travel time studies, parking lot studies, vehicle classification, <br />speed surveys, license plate survey, average daily volume counts, mainline counts <br />for vehicle occupancy, gap analysis, saturation flow and intersection delay studies. <br />We use the latest electronic turning movement boards and microprocessor <br />technology in the machines that count ADT, Speed and Vehicle Classification. We <br />have 40 electronic turning movement boards and 88 International Traffic <br />Corporation (ITC) air tube counters/classifiers. <br /> <br />All Traffic Data conducts all studies in accordance with relevant data collection <br />guidelines, including those published by the Federal Highway Administration and <br />the Manual of Traffic Engineering Studies prepared by the Institute of <br />Transportation Engineers. Our firm is totally committed to customer service, We <br />have and always will do everything in our power to satisfy our customers. We are <br />certified as an Emerging and Small Business Enterprise by the City of Sacramento <br />and the State of California. <br /> <br />An example of recent projects in which All Traffic Data has been involved include <br />the following: <br /> <br />City of Sacramento, Neighborhood Traffic Management Program <br />Over the last year, Am has collected speed and volume data at over 250 <br />locations throughout the City of Sacramento for the Neighborhood Traffic <br />Management Program. We always submitted accurate data on time and <br />within budget. Work was performed for Debb Newton, City of <br />Sacramento, Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, Traffic <br />Engineering Services, 1000 I Street, Suite 170, Sacramento, CA (916) <br />808-6739 <br /> <br />North Natomas Freeway Study <br />Traffic study was conducted for the City of Sacramento that included 14 <br />AMIPM turning movement counts and 19-24 hour ADT hose counts and <br />10 queue studies.
