FIRE <br />28. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code Chapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />29. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection- <br />ENGINEERING <br />30. The applicant shall submit a refuadable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br />be determined by the City Engineer. <br />31. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas- <br />32. The haul route for all materials to and from this developtrxent shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />33. Any existing wells on the site shall be ren-xoved or sealed, filled and abandoned pursuant <br />to Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 <br />retains specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for construction water. Any wells <br />designated for abandonment or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be <br />destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7. <br />34. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, subject to <br />the approval of the City Engineer- The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the <br />contractor is aware of such measures. All cut aizd fill slopes shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized as soon as possible after completion of grading, in no case later thaw October <br />15. No grading shall occur between October 15 and April ] 5 unless approved erosion <br />control measures are in place, subject to the approval of the Building Departnient_ Such <br />measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping is in plac~~ <br />35. "fhe developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure, suhject to approval of the <br />Planning Director and City Engineer, as part of the improvexrxent plans- Gray water shall <br />be used for dust control or grading acti vibes. "Phis water may be obtained from the <br />Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSDj Waste Water "I'reaurxeni Plant at 7399 <br />Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, unless otherwise approved by the C7ity Engineer. <br />36. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area of a <br />dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer shall be <br />privately maintained by the property owners. <br />37. The design of the water supply system shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br />
