All building and/or structural plans xrxust comply with all codes and ordinances in effect <br />before the Building Department will issue permits. <br />24. The applicant shall submit a building survey and/or record of survey and a site <br />development plan in accordance with the. provisions of Chapter 1 8.68 of the Municipal <br />Coda of the City of Pleasanton. These plans shall be approved by the Director of <br />Building Inspection prior to the issuance of a building pcrn~it. The site developxrxcnt plan <br />shall include all required information to design and construct site, grading, paving, <br />drainage, and utilities. Specific items to be indicated on the site devclopnient plan <br />necessary to construct the improvements are to be in accordance with the City of <br />Pleasanton Private Development Design Guidelines adopted April 1 5, ] 986_ <br />25. The applicant shall submit 3 full-size sets of construction plans (wet-stamped and <br />signed, 2 copies of a site specific soils report i£ required by the Chief Building Official, <br />and the completed Building Yennit Questionnaire to the Building Department, along with <br />the necessary fees, to initiate the City's plan check pro~~ss~ <br />26. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zonc 7 acid <br />City connection Pecs and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br />meters. <br />27_ Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Chief Building Official- Digitized information shall be <br />submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and <br />architectural information as approved by the Chief Building Official_ <br />4 <br />
