Said modifications shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building penraits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits_ A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning Director as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of an on-site pern~ait. Said landscape plan shall be consistent with the approved landscape plan plus any conditions oi-approval, and shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. 9. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City, approved by the City Attorney, which guarantees that all landscaping installed as part of this project will be maintained at all times in a manner consistent with the approved landscape plan for this developaracnt. Proof of compliance shall he provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste ii-om the site. 13. Parking lot lights shall be installed in the new parking areas. The applicant shall subrrait a lighting plan for the site for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. Parking lot lights shall match the parking lot lighting used in the adjacent Pleasanton Corporate Conianons complex, including the use of cut-ofF shield fixtures to prevent glare onto adjacent properties or roadways. 7 4_ No trees shall be removed other than those specifically designated for removal ore the approved plans. The applicant shall be responsible for the loss of any tree not previously approved for removal.
