Development shall be constructed substantially as shown on the development plans and color/material board, Exhibit A, dated "Received May 3, 2005", and the proposed material boards on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. 2. The Planning Commission shall review any design proposals that do not conf2~rm to the approved plans or materials that are approved with this application. 3. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the project prior to the commencement of construction_ 4_ The developer shall pay any and all £ees to which the property may be subject prior to issuance of building permits_ The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. 5_ This design review approval shall lapse and shall become void one year trom the date of approval unless at ]cast one building permit is issued, construction has commenced on a loi and is diligently pursued toward completion, or the City has approved an extension_ Construction 6_ All demolition work, site improvements, and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a_~n_ to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday_ No construction shall be allowed on Fcdcral Holidays_ All construction equipment trust matt DMV Hoist standards and shall be equipped with muffling dcvices_ 7_ The project developer shall provide a construction plan with the building permit plan set for review and approval by the Planning Director Arid Chief Building Official be{ore issuance of a building permit.
