Development shall be constructed substantially as shown on the development plans and color/material board, Exhibit A, dated "Received May 3, 2005", and the proposed material boards on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. 2. Tyre Planning Commission shall review any design proposals that do not conform to the approved plans or materials that are approved with this application. 3. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the project prior to the con~nzencement of construction_ 4. The type and amount of the fees shall be those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. 5. This design review approval shall lapse and shall become void one year from the date of approval unless at least one building permit is issued, construction has commenced on a lot and is diligently pursued toward completion, or the City has approved an extension.
