Resolution No_ PC-2005-21 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 . Approves C=ase PDR-446, the application of Hamid 'i'aeb for design review <br />approval of the architectural plans, landscape plans, and color palette for the <br />future homes to be constructed on Lots 1-10 of Kolb Ranch X5967 through <br />6093 Kolb Ranch Drive, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto acid made part of this case by ref~rence~ <br />Section 2.
