9. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours o£ <br />8=00 a. m. to 5:00 p.in., Monday through Salurday. All construction equipment iriusi meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices- <br />Building Conditions <br />1 O. Prior to building permit submittal: <br />a_ A list of the green building iricasures used in tlZe design of the home covered by <br />this approval shall be provided to the Ylanning Department lbr the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director. The home covered by this approval shall be <br />designed to achieve a minimum of 50 points using the AC=WMA's Green Points <br />rating system- "l~he proposed prof act shall be a "green home" with a ~rti ni nzun~ o£ <br />10 points in each category <Reso urces, Energy, and IAQ/Health)- <br />b. The green building measures shall be shown on one of the First two pages of the <br />plans submitted for issuance o£ a building permit. <br />c. The project developer shall submit a separate application for the review of the <br />proposed arbor element at the time the applicant wishes to construct it or provide <br />adequate details in the house plan set prior to building penrtit submittal- <br />d. "1'he project developer shall submit a tree report: <br />The tree report must identify all existing trees according to dian~etcr, <br />condition, and value. <br />II. The report must assess the proposed surface irnprovenzents within all the <br />tree driplines, identify appropriate tree trimming practices, and must provide <br />any construction measures needed to ensure the longevity and health of the <br />existing treas. Trap tri naming shall be done in compliance with condition <br />number 26. <br />lIL The City's Landscape Architect shall review and approve the tree report <br />and landscape plan- Once the tree report is approved, the applicant shall to <br />print the report's recostitizendations on the speciYicaiion, site plan, and <br />landscape plan pages of the building permit plan set. <br />IV. The project developer shall provide security bonds for the existing trees. <br />Condition number 25 lists the requirements for the security bond- <br />e.
