?5. Per condition number 1 O(d)<IV), the project developer shall post cash, letter of credit, or <br />other security satisfactory to the Planning Director in the amount of $5,000.00 for each <br />tree should any work, utilities or otherwise, he conducted within an area in which <br />potential impacts may be anticipated. This cash bond or security shall be retained for one <br />year following acceptance of public ixnprovem ents or completion of construction, <br />whichever is later, and shall be forfeited if the trees are destroyed or substantially <br />daniaged_ In the event any trees are destroyed or substantially damaged, an arborists' <br />assessment, at the developer's expense, shall be required to determine the value of the <br />damage or loss and the resultant sum paid to the City's Urban Forestry Fund. <br />26. Landscaping installation time requirements: <br />a. Prior to building Hermit final, all front and side yard landscaping shall be <br />installed. <br />b. Within ~O davs of occunaxicy, all rear yard landscaping shall be installed. <br />Fire Conditions <br />27_ The project developer shall meat all requirem eats of the Pleasanton Firc Code <br />(Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24)_ <br />28_ The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber <br />construction until the final inspection- <br />29.
