Wording for all disclosures, deed restrictions, and clauses shall be submitted to the City <br />Attorney for review and approval before City Council approval of the first final <br />subdivision neap for this development and shall be recorded over the project site by <br />separate instrument. <br />32. This PUD development shall be subject to the permitted and conditional use of the LDR <br />(i.ow Density Rcsidential~ and Open Space Districts, as provided in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Sped fic Plan. <br />33.
