As modified, the conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of Chapter 1 8. 1 24 of the Pleasanton Municipal G'ode. <br />The proposed re-conditioned use permit will comply with all applicable sections of <br />Chapter 1 8.124 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code_ Therefore, this finding can be made. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the conditional use, as modified, would be <br />compatible with the existing uses in the area- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMTSSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. ModiFes the approved conditional use permit for Case UP-88-17, Union Jack Pub <br />located at 725 Main Street, to operate arestaurant/bar where alcohol is served. after <br />1 0=00 p.m., suhject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
