Resolution No. PC-2005-02 <br />Page Three <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 . Approves Case PCUP-130/PDR-419, the application of Hendrick Automotive <br />Group for conditional use permit and design review approvals to operate an <br />automotive storage lot and detailing area on a one-acre vacant site located at <br />3830 Old Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
