The applicant/developer shall include all recommendations in accordance with the <br />Noise Study conducted by Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc., July 5, 1998, dated <br />"Received September 23, 2004" <br /> <br />6. The applicant/developer shall include all recommendations in accordance with the <br />Geotechnical Report, Hydraulic Evaluation and Bank Erosion Analysis of Arroyo <br />del Valle, prepared by Engeo, Inc., March 10,2005, excepting the <br />recommendation for the 2: 1 line of projection noted on Page 10 of the <br />recommendations. The site plan(s) shall be revised to reflect the requirements of <br />Zone 7, 2.5:1 line of projection to non-habitable improvements and shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Director and Public Works Director. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall obtain all outside agency permits and have them posted at the <br />construction site at all time. No permit shall be allowed to expire and all <br />conditions of each permit are adopted within these conditions of approval, <br />including: <br />a. CRWQCB SF Bay Region, Permit 2198.11 <br />b. US Army Corps of Engineers, Permit 404 #29279S <br />c. CA Dept of Fish & Game, Permit 401 Streambed Alteration Agreement, <br />#1600-2004-0872-3 <br /> <br />8. PUD development plan approval for the project will lapse within two (2) years <br />from the effective date of approval unless a building permit is issued and <br />construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion or an <br />extension has been approved by the City pursuant to Section 18.20.070 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />9. These conditions of approval shall be on, at all times, all grading, <br />landscaping, and construction plans kept on the project site.
