As required by the Fire Chief, all sprinkler and back-flow prevention Fire <br />Department connections (PDe) shall be placarded with the address(es) they serve. <br />The placard shall be submitted with the signage package for the site and shall have <br />numerals on a contrasting background. All placards are subject to the review of <br />the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />68. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />69. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final <br />inspection. <br /> <br />70. Approval for the number, type, and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to the <br />approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />71. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities are installed and <br />serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS AND ENGINEERING <br /> <br />72. The water line in Rose Avenue shall be 16 inches in diameter or as approved by <br />the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />73. A sign shall be posted at the end of Rose Avenue and Street B indicating that the <br />streets may be extended for future development, to the satisfaction of the Director <br />of Public Works. This information shall be disclosed in the CC&Rs. <br /> <br />74. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall post with the City an <br />additional performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not <br />accepted by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />75. The perimeter of all building foundations shall be designed with subdrains. Said <br />drains shall be connected to the street gutter or other means acceptable to the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />76. Roof leaders shall not be directly connected into the storm drain system. <br /> <br />77. The applicant shall install all new and existing utilities (PG&E, Pacific Bell, Cable <br />TV, etc.) underground for each parcel unless waived by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />78. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all fill and cut slopes shall be <br />3: 1 horizontal to vertical or less. <br /> <br />11 <br />
