<br />Director prior to use; at no time shall fabric or other material not designed and/or <br />intended for this purpose be wrapped around or otherwise placed on these devices. <br />All backflow prevention devices shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits together with screening mechanism and/or weather <br />protection devices. Proposed screening and weather protection devices shall be <br />reviewed for conformity to these requirements and approved by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />37. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />38. The applicant shall receive a demolition permit from the Building and Safety <br />Division prior to the demolition of the existing residences on site. <br /> <br />39. Prior to the issuance of demolition and building permits, the applicant shall submit <br />a waste management plan to the Building and Safety Division. The plan shall <br />include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how <br />the applicant intends to recycle at least 50 percent of the total job site construction <br />and demolition waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of compliance shall <br />be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a final building <br />permit. During demolition and construction, the applicant shall mark all trash <br />disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials <br />only." The applicant shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of <br />all waste from the site. <br /> <br />40. The homes covered by this approval shall be constructed to encourage <br />telecommuting by providing as an option telecommunications infrastructure <br />consistent with state-of-the-art methods, e.g., cabling for DSL service, wiring for <br />total room access, etc. The applicant shall submit with the first building permit <br />application those measures included in the home construction for review and <br />approval by the Building and Safety Division before issuance of the first building <br />permit. <br /> <br />41. Only natural gas burning fireplaces or USEPA-approved wood/pellet burning <br />stoves shall be permitted in the proposed houses. <br /> <br />42. The applicant acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the <br />availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval <br />of this case and that the applicant agrees and acknowledges that building permit <br />approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City not to be <br />available. <br /> <br />43. This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water to serve the <br />project. The City shall withhold building permits for the project if at the time <br /> <br />7 <br />
