TASK:

TASK:

TASK:

TASK:

AMENDMENT NO.1
Exhibit B

Additional Potho1ing of Existing Utilities: Review of the eXlstmg utility
record drawings provided by the various utility companies requires the need
for additional potho1ing in and around the proposed water pipeline services,
water turnout station and control valve vaults. Over 40 utilities will cross the
proposed water pipe alignment and appurtenant structures. In an effort to
avoid utility conflicts during construction additional potholing will be
required.

Stoneridge Water Transmission Pipeline (elP No. 031016)
Pimlico Turnout and Water Transmission Pipeline (CIP No. 011012)

$5,366.00
$16,018.00

Locating the eXlstmg 12-inch water main in the previous Stoneridge Road
alignment. Task provides for the field surveying staking of the pipeline using
record information in combination with the use of ground penetrating radar to
accurately locate the existing 12" pipeline that runs parallel to the proposed
16" transmission water main. Previous conventional means of pot holing and
the use of record information were unsuccessful.

Stoneridge Water Transmission Pipeline (elP No. 031016)

$6,351.00

Zone 7 Easement: Based on the existing right-of-way needs an easement will
be necessary from the Zone 7 Water Agency for the proposed 16" water
transmission line between Johnson and Stoneridge Drives. Included in this
task is the preparation of Plat Map and legal description to match the project
design and the coordination with Zone 7 Water Agency for its dedication of
the easement to the City of Pleasant on.

Stoneridge Water Transmission Pipeline (elP No. 031016)

$1,790.00

Split Bid and Design documents from one package into two. Based on the
additional design challenges to move the site location for the Pimlico Water
Turnout Station, the additional permitting through Ca1 Trans for the
installation of the valve control vault and appurtenant hardware adjacent to
Santa Rita Rd, and the resulting difference in project time1ines it was decided
that it would be more efficient to split the two CIP projects into two separate
projects. This task provides for the preparation of two separate bid packages,
separate bid services and support during the construction phase.

Stoneridge Water Transmission Pipeline (elP No. 031016)
Pimlico Turnout and Water Transmission Pipeline (elP No. 011012)

$5,145.00
$5,145.00
