Included in Amendment No.1 of the consultant contract are the additional <br />costs to separate and prepare two independent bid packages, specifications, and drawings. <br /> <br />Amendment No.1 is attached along with a description of tasks and associated hour and fee <br />schedule. Staff has determined the fees and hours to complete this work to be reasonable and <br />recommends that the City authorize Amendment NO.1 with Winzler and Kelly in the amount <br />of $73,142. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The subject amendment will increase the project costs by $73,142. The costs will be shared <br />by both projects based on the amount of work allocated for each project.
