<br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Case PUD-38 by taking the following actions: <br /> <br />I. Find that the proposed PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan and the <br />purposes of the PUD Ordinance; <br /> <br />2. Find that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and that the <br />project would have a de minimus impact on wildlife, and adopt the resolution approving <br />the Negative Declaration as shown on Exhibit C (Attachment 3). <br /> <br />3.
