STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the City Council approve Case PUD-38 by taking the following actions: I. Find that the proposed PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance; 2. Find that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and that the project would have a de minimus impact on wildlife, and adopt the resolution approving the Negative Declaration as shown on Exhibit C (Attachment 3). 3. Introduce the draft ordinance approving PUD-38 for a rezoning of 4.2 acres from Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Agriculture (A) to Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential and for a Development Plan for an II-unit residential development as shown on Exhibit A, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B (Attachment 2).
