PUD-27, Ray and Michele Peterson <br />Application for PUD development plan approval to subdivide an existing 1 .67 <br />acre site into two single family residential lots_ The subject property is located at <br />2201 Martin Avenue and is zoned PUD Planned Unit Developments - LDR Low <br />Density Residential District. <br />Chairperson Arkin recused himself From this item, and noted that he lived within 500 feet <br />of the subject property_ <br />Vice Chair Roberts presided over this item. <br />Mr_ Iserson summarized the staff report, and described the site layout_ He noted that the <br />General Plan designation for the property is Low Density Residential, and the zoning is <br />PUD -Low Density Residential, which is less than two units per acre. Parcel Two would <br />be limited to a one-story house only, with a maximum height of 25 feet and a iriaximum <br />floor area of 5,000 square feet.
