Parcel "E" shall be allowed the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) vineyard <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture <br /> (c) retemion basins and associated storm drainage <br /> infrastructure <br /> (d) quarrying for sand and gravel pursuant to the existing <br /> Alameda County surface mining permit provisions <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) livestock grazing <br /> (b) keeping of farm animals, including the keeping of farm <br /> animals by community agricultural clubs <br /> (c) winery and wine-tasting facility <br /> <br />Parcel "C" shall be allowed the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) vineyards <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture, if the Planning <br /> Commission finds that the vineyard is not feasible to <br /> retain. Any new agricultural use replacing the <br /> vineyard shall require review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission prior to removal of the vineyard <br /> and establishment of the new agricultural use <br /> (c) natural, riparian open space <br /> (d) public trail <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) keeping of farm animals <br />(3) All uses shall be operated so as to maintain the riparian <br /> corridor which runs through this parcel. <br /> <br />Until such time as subdivision construction begins on the property, <br />agricultural uses as specified in Section IVC(1)(a)(1 h and i) of the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan shall be allowed on MDR- <br />designated sites. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval for PUD-6, Centex Homes' Avignon Project <br />City Council Meeting, June 5, 2001 Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
