(3) <br /> <br />(c) large-family day care home <br />(d) second unit <br />The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined <br />and/or interpreted for uses in the R-1 districts of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code. Other uses listed in the R- 1 <br />districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code may be either <br />permitted or conditionally permitted if the Planning Director <br />finds that such uses do not conflict with the requirements of <br />the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />The Vineyard Estate-designated portion of the project (Lots 17, 45, <br />and 47) shall be subject to the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses <br /> (a) vineyard <br /> (b) orchards, row crops, and horticulture, if the Planning <br /> Commission finds that the vineyard is not feasible to <br /> retain. Any new agricultural use replacing the <br /> vineyard shall require review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission prior to removal of the vineyard <br /> and establishment of the new agricultural use <br /> (c) farm buildings and other accessory structures within <br /> the designated building envelope <br /> (d) single-family housing within the building envelope <br /> (e) household pets <br /> (f) small family day care home within the building <br /> envelope <br />(2) Conditional Uses <br /> (a) winery and wine-tasting facility <br /> (b) nursing home for not more than six patients within the <br /> building envelope <br /> (c) home occupation <br /> (d) large family day care home within the designated <br /> building envelope <br /> (e) second unit within the designated building envelope <br />(3) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined <br /> and/or interpreted for uses in the R-I districts of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code.
