<br />Ordinance No. 1927 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Prank & Barbara Berlogar and Kenneth & <br /> Pamela Chrisman (Case PUD-05-1M) for a major modification to an <br /> approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to replace <br /> the approved house design plans with design guidelines and to separate the <br /> development of the overall project into two phases for the 13.2-acre site <br /> located at 1944 and 2200 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue <br /> Corridor Specific Plan Area, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2. A smnmary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />Section 3.
