<br />85. At the time of sale, the applicant shall give homeowners notice of the <br />availability of the City's Fire Safety Inspection Program and shall <br />encourage their participation in this program. <br /> <br />86. As required by the Fire Chief, all sprinkler and back flow prevention Fire <br />Department connections (FDC) shall be placarded with the addressees) it <br />serves. The placard shall be submitted with the signage package for the site <br />and shall have numerals on a contrasting background. All placards are <br />subject to the review of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />87. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />88. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to <br />final inspection. <br /> <br />89. Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants shall be subject <br />to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />90. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities are installed and <br />serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS AND ENGINEERING <br /> <br />91. The drainage system for lot C-l shall be revised to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer to allow a minimum of 0.5 feet difference in elevation between the rim <br />of the rear lot area drain and flowline of the outlet pipe in the bubble-up at the <br />back of the sidewalk. <br /> <br />92. The four-inch water service shown on St. John Street shall be relocated to Peters <br />A venue. The final location and design of the water service shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />93. The applicant shall verify the condition of the existing sanitary sewer lateral on St. <br />John Street. If in the opinion of the City Engineer that lateral is not useable the <br />lateral shall be abandoned and a new lateral installed. The design and location of <br />the new lateral shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />94. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall post with the City and <br />additional performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not <br />accepted by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />15 <br />
