Ordinance No. 1826 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-00-01, the application of Mardel LLC (Delco Builders) for <br />PUD Development Plan approval to allow the construction of 38 single-family <br />detached homes, construction of a public sewer "lift" station, realignment of <br />Vineyard Avenue, creation of a vineyard/estate site, and miscellaneous public <br />infrastructure including streets, utilities, etc., as stipulated by the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan on property located at 2287 and 2503 Vineyard Avenue, <br />subject to the conditions shown on "exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on March 6, <br />2001. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on March 20, 2001 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pict <br />None <br />NoneNone ~~ ~ <br /> <br /> TOM PICO, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~57~' <br />Peggy [.C/Ezi~ro', City Q'lerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
