2.38.30 M?mbershios; ADoointments: <br />A. The Commission shall have five regular commissioners, one alternate <br />commissioner and two liaison commissioners all of whom shall be residents of the City. <br /> <br />B. The five (5) regular commissioners and the one ( 1 } alternate commissioner shall <br />be selected from the community-at-large. The regular commissi,oners and alternate <br />commissioner shall be appointed bv the Mayor subject ~o the ratification by the City <br />Council. as provided in the adopted City Council resolution establishing procedures for <br />appointments to boards and commissions <br /> <br />C. Two (2) liaison commissioners shall be appointed from other Cty commissions or <br /> boards as follows: <br /> <br />1. One commjssio,,ner from the H~m~n Serv ces, Corn nission; and <br /> <br />2.
