D. Commissioners shall be eli~,ible to t~articit~ate in all activities of the Commission <br />exceot that the alternate commissioner shall vote only in the event of ~ absence or <br />conflict of interest of one oft_be reszular commissioners. <br /> <br />E. The alternate commissioner .may serve as a voting member on any subcommittee <br />oftbe Commission and may be desi,,nated as the Housing Com.mi~;sion representative to <br />other ~ards and commissions. <br /> <br />F. Commissioners shall be compensated as established bv City Council resolution. <br /> <br />2.38.040 Term of Membershin: <br />A. Relular commissioners shall be eligible to serve a m~ximum ofeieht years with <br />two tbur (4) year terms. <br /> <br />B. Alternate commissioners shall be eliaible to serve four-year temps and are not <br />subiect to a limit in the number of years served. <br /> <br />C. A liaison commission shall be elieible to serve a term of one { 1) year terms <br />commencing in January of each year. There is no limit on the number of one-year terms <br />that a liaison may serve orovided, their term shall end when a different commissioner is <br />appointed or when the liaison commissioner's term on the planning Commission or the <br />Human Services Commission ends. <br /> <br />C. The term ora commissioner shall be consistent with and subiect to City Council <br />resolution concerning limiting service on boards and commissions. <br /> <br /> <br />
