(c) <br /> <br />Water distribution system improvements as shown in Exhibits 11-14 may be <br />phased over time as the Project develops, provided that all improvements required <br />for each tentative map shall be installed and operational commensurate with <br />development. Fire flows will be required to be maintained during the construction <br />period and at each phase of the Project. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Property Owner shall relocate the existing water transmission line serving the <br />Castlewood Golf Course and Castlewood residential neighborhood if relocation is <br />necessary for constructlon of new development within the Project area. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Relocation of this water transmission line shall be completed in <br />conjunction with the development that requires relocation of the existing <br />transmission line. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Relocation of this line may be completed in phases, provided that <br />appropriate connections are made to ensure that transmission of water to <br />Castlewood is not interrupted. <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />Backbone Server Collection System, Properly Owner shall be responsible for installing <br />all on-site sewer collection system improvements as shown on Exhibits 11-14, <br />Preliminary Grading and Utility Plan. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Such improvements shall be designed and constructed consistent with City design <br />standards, subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The Property Owner shall install an all-weather paved mad or its equivalent to <br />provide access to the siphon and sewer nmin located on Parcel 16. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Sewer collection system improvements as shown in Exhibits 11-14 may be phased <br />over time as the Project develops, provided that ali improvements required for <br />each tentative map shall be installed and operational commensurate with <br />development. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The developer of Parcel 2 shall cooperate with the City should the City choose to <br />relocate the sewer main and/or pump station currently located along the Arroyo dc <br />la Laguna to this development's westerly street. The City shall pay for any costs <br />associated with such relocation and subsequent joint use of sewer systems which <br />exceed the estimated cost of the developer's installation of sewer improvements <br />designed to solely serve its project. The City shall reimburse the developer upon <br />receipt of invoice for such costs if developer installs joint-use facilities. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />All existing septic tanks or holding tanks shall be removed or sealed, filled, and <br />abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of the Alameda County Departlnent of <br />Health Services. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval Page 30 of 49 Revised August 21,2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
