Planting replacement trees of similar species to that of thc tree(s) being removed. <br />The replacement trees shall include a combination of thirty six inch (36") and forty <br />eight inch (48") box size trees; and, <br /> <br />b. Paymem oft. he value of the tree to the City's Urban Forestry fund. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quartem on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />40. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />If archeological materials am uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br />vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br />coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br />dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the Califumia Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible fi.om existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber con- <br />stmction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />45. <br /> <br />Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire pro- <br />tection facilitias, including, but not limited to surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water <br />supply and water flow in conformance to the City's Fire Department Standards able to <br />suppress a major fire. <br /> <br />Page 9of17 <br /> <br /> <br />
