The last (southem-most) parking space at the end of each of the eight parking aisles (located on the southwestem part of the site) shall be removed from the plans and replaced with irrigated landscaping. A minimum of one tree. four shrubs. and ~oundcover shall be provided in place of each parking space to be removed. The plans submitted for Building Department plan check shall reflect this condition of approval. The landscaping location and species shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 8. A minimum of 4 new trees and 30 new shrubs shall be planted in the existing northern-most landscaping strip. The trees and shrubs shall be clearly shown on landscaping the plans submitted for Building Department plan chect~. The location and species of the plants are subject to the review and approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 9. The northern-most landscaping strip on-site shall be irri~,ated. Irrigation plans shall be submitted for Building Department plan check. Prior to the issuance of a building permit. the applicant shall modif'v its proposed employee shift schedule such that no nexv trips (in personal and co/npany vehicles) shall be made to and from the project site between 7:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. and between 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. The existing number of trips shall be those listed in the TJKM Report for the project dated. "Received December 17. 1999". The revised shift schedule shall be subject to the review and approval of the Zoning Administrator. 12. All drive aisles shall be a minimum of 25 feet in width. The drive aisle ~vidths shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. As determined by the Fire Marshall. some drive aisles may be required to painted and/or posted as fire lanes. 13. All full-sized parking spaces shall be a minimum of 19' x 9' in size and compact parking spaces shall be a minimum of S'x 16' in size.
