Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case PUD-82-19-6M <br />7240 Johnson Drive <br />(March 21. 2000) <br /> <br />Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans. Exhibit "A". <br />dated "Received December 17. 1999". on file with the Plannin~ Department. except as <br />modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor chan~oes to the plans max' be <br />allowed subject to the review and approval of the Zoning Adm~'nistrator if/bund t~ be <br />in substantial con/brmance with the approved e:~ahibits. <br /> <br />Except as modified by the following conditions of approval. all conditions of Case <br />PUD-82-19 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The development plan for this case (PUD-82-19-6M) shall be of no further validity <br />and the applicant shall be required to submit the same or new development plan fc~r <br />City approval prior to the development of the site in the event that a building permit is <br />not issued and construction diligently pursued within two years of the date of <br />approval. <br /> <br />4. The use of the site (as a dispatch center/office) shall not be changed unless approved <br /> by the City Council. <br /> <br />The colors and materials of the new, approximately, 4.000 square tbot administrative <br />building. including the roof screen. shall match those of the existing administrative <br />building on site. Approved colors shall be stated on the plans submTtted for issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />Cedar shingles shall be provided on the new. approximately 4.000 square fbot <br />administrative building. The shingles shall be the same size as the cedar shin~les on <br />the existing administrative building and located in a similar manner as those ~;n the <br />existing administrative building. The shingles on the existing administrative building <br />and the new administrative building shall be painted dark brown and shall be fire <br />retardant. The approved shingles on the new administrative building shall be shown <br />on the elevation dra~vings submitted for the issuance of a building permit. The dark <br />brown cedar paint color shall be submitted to the Planning Department prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. The cedar shingle paint color and the location of the <br />cedar shingles on the new administrative building shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit.
