Each compact car space shall be marked clearly ~vith boid letterine ho <br />less than 8" in height "Compact Car Only". The dimensions o?the parking stalls ;hall <br />be clearly shown on the plans submitted for Building Department plan check. <br /> <br />I4. A total of eight paved pedestrian walkways shall be provided in the parking lot. The <br /> walkways shall be located through the landscape strips and placed in such a manner to <br /> minimize the number of pedestrians ~vho will walk over the shrubs and ~ound cover <br /> to reach the administrative buildings. The walkways shall be clearly shc~vn on the <br /> plans submitted for Building Department plan cheek. All shrubs shi~wn on Exhibit <br /> "A" that must be removed to accommodate a given walkwav shall be relocated into <br /> the same landscape strip as the walkway. The location and iJesien of the pedestrian <br /> walkways and the placement of the shrubs to be relocated is subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />15. In the parking lot the fence and gate. generally west of the administrative buildin~,s. <br /> shall be black. xvrought iron. and no greater than 8 feet in heiaht as measured fron~ <br /> grade to peak. An elevation drawing, of the gate and fence sh~ll be provided with the <br /> Building Department plan check ptins. The height. color(s). and materials of the <br /> fence and gate shall be clearly stated on the Building Department plan check plans. <br /> Barbwire shall not be permitted on the fence and gate. The fence and _oate shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the Planning Department prior t;the issuance of <br /> a Building permit. <br /> <br />16. The existing red sprinkler equipment installed in the existing front landscaping berm <br /> shall be painted forest green (Pantone Color System Number 357). <br /> <br />17. The applicant shall effectively screen from view all ducts. meters. air conditioning <br /> equipment. and any other mechanical equipment. whether on the structure. on the <br /> ground, or on the roof. with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br /> structure. Screening details shall be shown on the l;lans submitted for issuance of <br /> building permits. the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br /> All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />18. All new light standards shall match the existing light standards on site.
