<br />76. Blue street "hydrant markers" shall be installed for all fire hydrants <br /> per City of Pleasant on Standard Specifications. <br />77. At the time of sale, the applicant shall give homeowners notice of the <br /> availability of the City's Fire Safety Inspection Program and shall <br /> encourage their participation in this program. <br />78. As required by the Fire Chief, all sprinkler and back flow prevention <br /> Fire Department connections (FDC) shall be placarded with the <br /> address( es) it serves. The placard shall be submitted with the <br /> signage package for the site and shall have numerals on a contrasting <br /> background. All placards are subject to the review of the Fire Chief. <br />79. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br /> Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />80. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br /> construction to final inspection. <br />81. Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants shall be <br /> subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br />82. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities are installed <br /> and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. <br />PUBLIC WORKS AND ENGINEERING <br />83. The drainage system for lot C-l shall be revised to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Engineer to allow a minimum of 0.5 feet difference in elevation <br /> between the rim of the rear lot area drain and flowline of the outlet pipe in <br /> the bubble-up at the back of the sidewalk. <br />84. The four-inch water service shown on St. John Street shall be relocated to <br /> Peters Avenue. The final location and design of the water service shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval ofthe City Engineer. <br />85. The applicant shall verifY the condition of the existing sanitary sewer <br /> lateral on St. John Street.
