<br />86. Prior to approval of the Final Map, the applicant shall post with the City <br /> and additional performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are <br /> not accepted by the City of Pleasant on. <br />87. There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral located at <br /> the back of the sidewalk. The sanitary sewer lateral shall be subject to the <br /> review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />88. The perimeter of all building foundations shall be designed with subdrains. <br /> Said drains shall be connected to the street gutter or other means acceptable <br /> to the City Engineer. <br />89. Roof leaders shall not be directly connected into the storm drain system. <br />90. The applicant shall install all new and existing utilities (PG&E, Pacific <br /> Bell, Cable TV, etc.) underground for each parcel unless waived by the <br /> City Engineer. <br />91. The applicant shall remove and replace the sidewalk, curb, and gutter <br /> across the entire frontage of Peters and St. John Street, including resetting <br /> the brick pavers around the street tree on Peters Avenue. The replacement <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />92. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all fill and cut slopes shall <br /> be 3: I horizontal to vertical or less. <br />93. The applicant shall install street frontage improvements per <br /> Chapter 19.40.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. These improvements may include, but are not <br /> necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm <br /> drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground utilities, <br /> traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br />94. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion <br /> control prior to issuance of an engineering or building permit. The amount <br /> of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />95.
