Requirements of the Uniform Building Code - implemented by the City at the Build- <br />ing Permit review - would ensure that building foundations and on-site paved areas <br />are constructed on satisfactorily compacted fill. <br /> <br />. Erosion control and dust suppression measures will be documented in the final subdi- <br />vision map and will be administered by the City's Building and Public Works De- <br />partments. <br /> <br />. All house construction activities are limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet Department of Motor <br />Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />Therefore, staff believes that this finding can be made. <br /> <br />6. Whether adequate public safety measures have been incorporated into the design of <br />the modified development plan: <br /> <br />. Proposed homes are conditioned to be designed to meet the requirements of the Uni- <br />form Building Code, other applicable City codes, and State of California mandated <br />noise, energy" and accessibility requirements. <br /> <br />. Adequate access is provided to all structures for police, fire, and other emergency ve- <br />hicles. <br /> <br />Therefore, staff believes that this finding can be made. <br /> <br />7. Whether the proposed major modification of the approved development plan con- <br />forms to the purposes ofthe PUD District: <br /> <br />The proposed modification to the approved PUD Development Plan sets forth the pa- <br />rameters for the development of the subject property in a manner consistent with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan, the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, and with the <br />surrounding area. Through the proposed design of the modified development plan, <br />augmented by the recommended conditions of approval, the proposed project will <br />meet the purposes of the PUD district by allowing phased development of the site in a <br />manner which would be consistent with the original PUD development plan. <br /> <br />Therefore, staff believes that this finding can be made. <br /> <br />Item 6.c., PUD-05-1M <br /> <br />Page 8 of9 <br /> <br />August 10. 2005 <br />
