<br />Ordinance No. <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-05-1M, the application of Frank and Barbara Berlogar <br />and Kenneth and Pamela Chrisman for a major modification to an approved <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan to replace the <br />approved house design plans on the Berlogar portion with design guidelines <br />and to separate development of the overall project into two phases, subject <br />to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br />days after its adoption in "The V alley Times," a newspaper of general <br />circulation published in the City of Pleasant on, and the complete ordinance <br />shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
