The acquisition ofa building peonitfrolll the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2. Contractors are reminded of the requirement to keep sites clean. No stockpiling of dirt or <br />debris is allowed <br />Weekly clean- up is required. The street right of way is also to be maintained. <br /> <br />Remodeling and Additions <br /> <br />Remodeling and additions to existing improvements are required to meet the same criteria s new <br />construction. All criteria concerning aesthetics, color, site location, architecture, landscaping, <br />grading and excavation, roof height limit, solar collectors, satellite television, setbacks, lighting <br />etc., will be of significant concern to the Architectural Design Committee. An approval from the <br />Committee is required for this work just as it is for new construction. In addition, approval is <br />required from the City of Pleasant on. Homeowners should check with the City of Pleasant on <br />Planning Department to determine if administrative design review will be required. <br /> <br />Prior to staJ1ing any work on any changes to the existing home or homesite, the Homeowner <br />should contact the Architectural Design Committee to determine which plans will be required for <br />review process. <br />No second story additions are permitted on lots 1-5, 11-16 and 19. <br /> <br />Site Planning <br /> <br />Setbacks <br /> <br />Setbacks are: <br />I. Front yard <br />2. Side yard <br />3. Street side yard <br />4. Rear yard <br /> <br />30 feet <br />15 feet <br />20 feet <br />30 feet <br /> <br />Front yard and side yards with street frontage setback should be measured from the back of curb. <br /> <br />4 <br />
