An approval from the <br />Committee is required for this work just as it is for new construction. In addition, approval is <br />required from the City of Pleasant on. Homeowners should check with the City of Pleasant on <br />Planning Department to determine if administrative design review will be required. <br /> <br />Prior to staJ1ing any work on any changes to the existing home or homesite, the Homeowner <br />should contact the Architectural Design Committee to determine which plans will be required for <br />review process. <br />No second story additions are permitted on lots 1-5, 11-16 and 19. <br /> <br />Site Planning <br /> <br />Setbacks <br /> <br />Setbacks are: <br />I.
