Ford. DSRSD Boardmembers present: President Thomas W. Ford, Director Dwight L. (Pat) <br />Howard, Director Richard M. Halket, and Director Daniel J. Scannell. Vice President Jeffrey G. Hansen <br />entered the meeting at 2:03 p.m. Zone 7 Boardmembers present: President Stephen A. Kalthoff, Vice <br />President John J. Greci, Jr., Director John P. Marchand, and Director Richard L. Quigley. City of <br />Pleasanton Councilmembers: Mayor Jennifer Hosterman, Councilmember Matt Sullivan, and <br />Councilmember Cindy McGovern. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />3. ROLL CALL - Zone 7: Greci, Kalthoff, Marchand, Quigley <br /> City ofPleasanton: Hosterman, McGovem, Sullivan <br /> DSRSD: Ford, Halket, Hansen, Howard, Scannell <br /> <br />4. DETERMINE CHAIR FOR JOINT MEETING <br /> <br /> DSRSD President Ford announced that there were three organizations represented at this special <br /> Board meeting - Dublin San Ramon Services District, City of Pleasanton, and Zone 7 Water <br /> Agency. He noted that there was only one item on the agenda for discussion and that was water <br /> quality. DSRSD President Ford proposed turning the meeting over to Pleasanton Mayor Jennifer <br /> Hosterman to Chair the meeting. There being no objections, Mayor Hosterman assumed the role <br /> of Chair for the meeting. <br /> <br />5. AGENDA MANAGEMENT (consider order of items) - No changes <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC COMMENT (MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC) - 2:05p.m. - None Received <br /> <br />7. DISCUSSION OF ZONE 7 PLANNED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> OPERATING PLANS RELATED TO WATER QUALITY <br /> <br /> Chair Hosterman explained that each agency will have approximately 20 minutes for a <br /> presentation, after which, the elected officials will begin their discussion on the matter. DSRSD <br /> Director Hansen asked if instead of hearing from all three agencies it would be better to just hear <br /> Zone 7's presentation. His concern was that a 20-minute presentation might develop into a 45- <br /> minute recitation for each leaving no time to discuss the main issue. Chair Hosterman assured <br /> <br /> <br />
