Examine alternative means to deliver treated surface water from any of the treatment plants to <br /> points closer to retailer turnouts so as to better balance surface water deliveries to each retailer. <br /> <br /> 6. Support those taste and odor improvement projects that will benefit east side retailers. <br />Educational Principles <br /> <br /> 1. Develop joint educational material for the public regarding local water supplies, emphasizing all <br /> the actions taken and to be taken to improve water quality, including how those actions affect <br /> each retailer. <br /> <br /> 2. Develop joint educational mater/al describing the benefits of the Salt Management Program. <br />Funding Principles <br /> <br /> 1. Identify and evaluate the most appropriate alternatives to equitably fund the capital and operating <br /> costs needed to improve water quality. <br /> <br /> 2. Provide bi-annual reports to the community describing the condition of Zone 7 water system <br /> assets, actual and proposed uses of Asset Management Program (AMP) Funds, AMP fired <br /> balances, and the ability of the Asset Management Fund to meet the needs for which it has been <br /> established. <br /> <br /> <br />
