III. The <br />multipurpose room addition would be attached to the existing preschool classrooms. The <br />addition is single story, approximately 4,350 square feet in building area. It consists of 2,653 <br />square feet for fellowship and meeting activities, a small catering kitchen and storage cabinetry; <br />and an approximately 1,685 square feet of administrative office area. <br />The worship addition is approximately 620 square feet in building area, and it is for a new <br />worship sanctuary platform. <br />No expansion of the preschool program is proposed at this time. No changes to the existing <br />parking lot are necessary with the Phase I improvements. <br />Phase II: The second phase would entail the construction of a new worship area on the north <br />side of the multipurpose room. The sanctuary is approximately 9,250 square feet in building <br />area. It includes a worship platform area and a worship seating of 4,500 square feet with a <br />seating maximum of 450 persons.
